Directions Dark Tulip staining - Vermilion Red Q addedd

Directions Dark Tulip is a purple-pink-burgundy that I want to use next, but I have Issues with getting rid of pinks. Are darker pinks a bugger to shift like the brighter pinks (Atomic, Virgin Rose) are or are they more amenable to fading techniques?

The darkest pink I've used is undiluted rose red and it did stain a fair amount. Also your hair looks great in your profile picture!

Dark Tulip isn't anywhere near as pigmented as Rose Red, I don't find it lasts particularly well. I have never used it on hair that wasn't already some shade of pink/red though, so I don't know how much it would stain on its own.

Just found an unopened Vermilion Red... now i'm contemplating that instead! How light will I need to get my hair? Currently a mid purple-blue (Violet and Wild Flower mix)
