Decison made: I'm going white! Couple of Qs

Oooh heck! Basically I can't be bothered doing my roots at the moment - it's too faffy and I'm lazy. So I'm going to continue with the bright colours on the bits that are already bleached and the roots, and then when the bleached bits are cut out, I'll wash the colour off the roots and then follow the ace white tutorial on here.

Couple of questions beforehand though:

1. Anyone know how easy SFX Virgin Rose would be to get off my virgin hair? I know it sticks like heck to bleached hair but I can't find out about virgin. I'm planning on using some different non-natural colours on my all-natural hair - something like CC aubergine, SFX Divine Wine, Directions Rubine or VR - before going white because I love to look of these on brown hair. But if VR sticks to virgin hair like it does to bleached then nope!

2. Will I need to do the lengths first roots last thing when I have short hair? My longest bits are two to three inches on my fringe.

3. Which is the best white toner from the ones Beeunique sells?
