Crazy Colour Hot Purple...

On its website, Crazy Colour advises to apply the dye on towel dried hair... I was using their Violet last year and I tried applying it both on dry and damp hair and I never noticed a different or better coverage when applied on damp hair rather than dry... and! I often had strands that had almost no color at all and needed touch ups.

I don't know about Hot Purple coverage but I'd suggest you to do as you like best. I don't like applying dye on damp or wet hair because it gets messy and I always have to do touch ups once the hair is dry.

I always apply dye to hair that i've dried about 80%. i find it is easier to apply if the hair is a tiny bit wet, but not wet enough to clump together.
