CC Bubblegum Blue

I've heard Manic Panic have changed their formula for Atomic Turquoise. Now, after having to cut most of that horrible new Directions Turquoise out of my hair, I'm afraid to chance the new AT.

So, I was thinking of picking up a bottle or two of Crazy Color's Bubblegum Blue. I love the colour results I've seen here on the forum (especially Glitterpix's results) and I'd love to have opinions about staying power, coverage, fade, basically any useful info!

I normally get my roots to a pale enough blonde, light enough to tone. Is it recommended to tone before using BB? I can get a hold of Touch of Silver shampoo, so toning is a possibility (I could make my own purple shampoo either).

I was also thinking of getting a bottle or two of Peacock Blue too, but it looks quite dark. (Mainly for if I don't get my roots light enough for BB)
