Bleach again or give up??

Did you use the Pravana silver neat or diluted?
I would try adding a little violet to make it more purple toned which should knock back some of the yellow tones in your hair.
What colour was it when you put the silver on?
Definitely avoid the wella toner for now

I used it diluted about 1:3 silver to conditioner. It was literally the same color in this picture but after the pravana gave it a really dirty look.  My bangs were the only part that came out a pretty silver that I'm looking for because they are a shade lighter then the rest of my hair. I'm so bummed,trying to achieve this color is killing my hair:(

Well on a darker base you won't be able to get a really light silver, you need a white base for that.
You can get a darker silver though. I would try again but dilute the silver dye far less if at all. I would also add just a drop of pink or purple if you have it as the pravana silver is quite blue toned. Purples on a yellow base create grey tones, your hair looks quite greenish atm due to the blue over the yellow base.

I would add pink. Mine tends to pull greenish like that and pink helps a lot.

Like mixing manic panic purple and pink??? I've heard of that somewhere but can't remeber seeing as I watch so many YouTube videos to figure this whole silver hair lol

Adding pink will make the silver less blue and more purple toned, so the yellow won't show.
