hello, i have searched and searched but haven't had much luck, i am looking for an ash gray hair dye, not silver, more of a salt and pepper look?? is it possible?? can i mix silver with black and make a gray? should i dye the hair streaky blond then dye it silver? how can i do this salt and pepper colour? is it possible??
i really hope someone can help me! xxx

Affinage 6.117 and 9.117 are lovely greys but they are permanent (you mix with 10 vol peroxide). No reason why you couldn't try mixing semis, though!
This is the 6.117 over pale yellow hair. The 9.117 is lighter and less purple toned (I bleached it out of my test swatch but I could do another one if you really wanted to see it).
