Arctic Fox Longevity

It'll be the same as any dye I'm afraid. It'll be different for everyone. Even the stickiest of all the dyes I've seen some people say they only last a week or two.

Rub off is easily fixed though. Add some conditioner. With most of the red, pink and purple special effects dyes you can dilute up to 50% and it not affect the colour or longevity but stops the rub off.

Didn't someone complain about an Arctic Fox dye fading after one wash recently?  Don't think it was purple though.

Wow, really?? I'm thinking it's either bad batches from the supplier or people's hair (overbleaching and stuff). I may be wrong, maybe it's just some hair types won't like some brands.

It's the latter a lot of the time. Manic Panic washes out of my hair really quickly, and for many others, but some find it super long lasting.

My best mate uses Arctic Fox and she finds the turquoise one lasts ages, but the black one diluted a little to make a denim blue didn't last at all. Like everyone else says though, it all depends on your hair! I personally love Special Effects for longevity, but I've not used their purples.
