Advice on getting this gray

Hello! So my Pravana Silver arrived this week and I'm hoping I can turn gray by April. This is the kind of gray I'm aiming for:

My current hair:

I bleached my roots (naturally black hair) a few weeks ago and I've been toning the orange with purple shampoo. My hair has been an uneven blonde for ages and in my experience, bleach baths tend to lift nothing.

Anyway! I did a strand test with the Pravana last night. It showed up as nothing on the dark/orange bits and as a very light greenish gray on a nearly white bit I applied it to. You can kinda see it here?

I was under the impression that Pravana Silver was a gunmetal blue-based gray but it seems just really pale? (Smells like man cologne/deo, too, haha). The only other dyes I have right now are SFX Wildflower, SFX Purple Smoke, CC Lavender, some leftover CC Violette, and Stargazer Turquoise and I'm not sure if I should mix any of those in with the Pravana if that's the gray I'm aiming for.

Help πŸ™

Edited to add:
Did some googling and came across this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-SyUbT5jIc

He mixed a smidge of blue black dye with lightest ash blonde (both permanent dyes). I wonder if that mixture would go over well with my base?

I would avoid permanent dye to achieve that shade

try mixing Pravana Silver with Purple Smoke or even Wildflower

I saw somewhere diluted Blue Velvet and Pravana Silver that achieved a pretty blueish grey

Pravana silver needs a pale base, it won't cover orange. On a yellow base it just tones to ash blonde, it isn't a strongly pigmented dye.
I would recomend Nirvel Artx Nutre Colour in grey, it is very dark undiluted. Other dark greys are Joico Titanium, Adore Platinum, or Wella Color Fresh. You could add a little blue black direct dye to the Silver, but I think you will need to lighten your base for a grey shade, especially one as cool toned as your picture. Any warmth will make a warmer browny grey, stone colour, not the gunmetal you want.

I should have just gone ahead and ordered Nirvel instead of Pravana. Unfortunately, I don't want to wait another 4 weeks or put this Pravana to waste.

I found a local Directions seller but she doesn't carry Ebony. Will black henna hair dye work? Has anyone tried mixing henna with semi-perm dye?

And yep, I'll be bleaching the top part 1-2x more before applying the silver!

Thanks! πŸ™‚

Edited to add: ordered Adore Blue Black from a local reseller. She's selling them for 10GBP a bottle -_-

I wouldn't try the henna, I'd maybe try a more gradient effect use the pravanna on the bottom half and the darker grey you ordered on the top, Or even the lavender smoke up there it might look really cool and give you a more blended look
