I am planning on dying my hair with Adore Purple Rage. Do I need a toner first, it's a bit yellow? Ideally I'd like it lighter and more white rather than yellow. I don't really have a choice about the blue, my hair is stained that colour. I'm not sure if the Purple Rage is the right colour either, is it a pink purple or a blue purple? Thanks for any advice! Forgot to mention this is after a full bleach yesterday.

I'm pretty sure purple rage is a blue purple. I think you'll be fine, but maybe give it a wash with a purple shampoo if you have it? If you're not diluting it I think it'll come out even.
If you are diluting it a lot and want a pastel purple, then yeah, you'll need to get it paler and less yellow.

So this is what my hair looks like now. It's faded so unevenly and randomly green in some spots, purple in others and super blue at the bottom. I really hate the blue and I was thinking of just throwing some mystic heather over the top of it. Is there something else I could do to even it out a bit?
