I have super red hair. Very, very, red hair.
And I want it to be purple. Like Katy Perry black/purple.
Any tips on how to get there?
I have been using Loreal Hicolor Hilights for the past three years to achieve this red, and I think a change would be good for me. I would really loved to avoid bleaching my hair. I have been using developer for so long...
So any tips, tricks, or ideas would be so helpful!

Pretty easy really. Add blue 🙂 a purply blue probably, but it might depend if you have a pink or orange based red now. Something like Special Effects Blue Velvet.
When your roots start coming through, use bleach on your roots only and then use a deep purple. Either a mix of red or pink and blue or something like Special Effects Deep Purple. Put that over everything and it should be fine. Deep purples cover a multitude of sins.
