Wow I love your hair!
And I must say, your knowledge of hair dye usage is impressive. I'm just like: bleach, SFX, done. Haha πŸ˜›

Thanks Kayteeann, but I must admit, I've been doing this for nearly 20 years now!  My first use of 'alternative' dyes was Manic Panic waaaaay back in the mid 1990's! (And I'd already been dyeing my hair with ordinary box dyes for a few years by that point!  So I have had loads of practice at it!

Looking great! Can I just ask, what chemical straightener do you use for your hair, and is it easy to do?

I used Scott Cornwall Str8 Ahead (I think that's what it's called - it's the same brand as colour B4), the extra conditioning formula.  To be honest, it's a bit of a faff, lots of steps and combing through and waiting for development times, etc.  It's probably easier to go to a salon for a full head of straigtening (more expensive though!), but since I'm just doing a fringe at the moment, it's not too bad!

Was looking at the Jo Baz (?) straightening stuff in savers the other day - they had two different ones. Do you think they would be as good?

Your hair is amazing.

Thanks random!
I have no idea about the Jo Baz range of products, I've never used any of them (there's no Savers near me!), so can't really give you any opinions on it!

I followed your link from another post - that shade of red is fabulous! How is it holding up? Are you finding the maintenance as easy as you hoped?

I am a naughty!  Not long after spending extortionate amounts of money on bright red dread extensions to match my hair, I decided that red was everywhere and I wanted purple, so now I'm purple, and I must say, it's holding up incredibly well!  It's been nearly 5 weeks now, and almost no fade at all! Very impressive!
