OMG weird those are the two colours i use!! except i mix the two colours in equal parts! I love it! the fading is so much nicer than it going too pinky (candy apple) or too orangey (nuclear) πŸ™‚ You reallllllly suit the colour btw x

Thank you again you lot : )

I haven't used hot lava no, I am getting desperate for some more nuclear and candy apple, I have to have my photo taken next week for my first ever inclusion in a proper exhibition at a proper gallery and I don't want any roots!

Well my hair is naturally dark blonde/ mousey and I do a bleach bath for a short time so my base colour at the roots is a good light yellow blonde but the lengths (which are still pretty bright ) were a sort of light gingery colour when I first used it as I had to use colour b4 on a perm dye I'd had on. It's a pretty forgiving colour actually, doesn't really show up any patchiness and only a very subtle difference in brightness where my roots are a good bit lighter than my lengths.

Actually, you can see my base colour here:

just went sfx candy apple red this weekend after being mp vampire red, finding it a bit dark so have ordered the

Yeah I tried candy apple on its own the first time and it went very very dark at first, faded pinky red after a week or two then lasted aaaaages like that. I ended up doing a light bleach bath to get the excess out and then used my nuclear and candy apple mix! I think I'll stick with this combo now for a while I really like it!
