Directions Rose Red + CC Vermillion Red

Hi everyone! Sorry to be doing another picture thread so quickly but I have dyed my hair red. I did like my multi-coloured faded pastel hair but tomorrow I have a big oral exam and I thought it would be better to cover it with something a little more "normal".
I used a whole bottle of CC Vermillion and a whole bottle of Directions Rose Red and mixed them together. The CC bottles are bigger so there was about 20 ml more of that colour. The reason for that is that I thought from my strand test that Rose Red was really overpowering. In the end, it just looks really red and not really pink at all so I guess it wasn't all that overpowering.

Here is the result:

I'm definitely looking forward to the fade. I have one bottle left of Rose Red and a half directions bottle left of the mix (thought I needed more than I actually did, it spreads super easily!).
It covered the faded turquoise and bits of faded violet really really well. It's obvious where I applied it on my natural unbleached ashy hair, but I don't mind so much.

I've been hoping for a picture update since i seen you dyed it in the good vibrations thread. I absolutely love this you look amazing! I especially love how its a bit darker where your natural colour is. It looks intentionally ombre.

Looks really great! It's a really warm and inviting red πŸ˜€

How is the rub off? I used cc peacock the other day and everything is blue it's the first time I've used cc and was wondering if it was just like that or if it was a classic blue thing.

It looks beautiful! Such a velvety red. I imagine it'll fade really well, too. πŸ™‚

I always had terrible rub off back when I used to dye my hair with CC Fire! That was before I knew about vinegar rinsing though, which might have made a difference.
