i went to sally's and i decide to try the product BES because i thought that the red of that line was pretty beautifull, so today i apply the dye but after i bleach my roots and then i mixed the dye with peroxide of 30 vols . im not very happy with the results i think that my roots are like red-orange and the rest of the hair its pretty dark i dont know. im thinking on apply manic panic or something like that because i want the bright red. what do you think?

The colour looks pretty.
But you bleached and then used this with 30vol peroxide? If that's right don't do that again! If the BES is meant to be used with peroxide, then that is replacing the need for bleach. You risked frying your hair and chemically burning your scalp.
If I misunderstood, then yeah, it's very pretty. All the permanent reds fade fast though so you will need to top up with a veggie dye red. 🙂

really? the person who sold me this told me that i needed to bleach mi roots with 30 vols and then apply the mix of dye and peroxide :S. thanks for the advice, i wont do it again 🙂
