Rainbow with midnight blue

Excellent - can't believe you did all that yourself! I can just about manage 1 colour! Love the darker fringe too, it really sets off the rest perfectly 🙂

Thanks guys.. need to wash it tomorrow (been so sunny!) and I am a bit nervous about how that will end up, but I am thinking of topping it up once it washes out anyway, really loving it ^.^

I washed it earlier.. The yellow seemed to diminish a bit but it's mostly alright (although the blue coverred me, even washing with cold water)

Thought I'd update on the fading:
I did 3 sls shampoos rinsing in cold water until I noticed any real fading of the colours. I've now had it nearly 3 weeks, and about 6 washes? the first 3 in cold water and since that I've not been taking care of it really.
The orange is more obviously orange now, so I'm liking that fade, although the red has lost its vibrancy, the yellow is also fairly dull but is clearly still yellow and hasn't been dyed by any of the other colours (which is suprising as I haven't been particularly careful), the green is the most faded I'd say, horrible blonde highlights through it (but then again it is stargazer) and the purple has lasted perfectly 🙂 so that's great (plus it's a nicer colour than mp hot hot pink or shocking blue seperately)

TLDR: All the directions colours are lasting quite well, although fire's not doing incredibly. The manic panic also is lasting well and the stargazer isn't (although it's also an old dye, I've had it since 2009)

Late to the rainbow party, I know, but I've only just seen this - it looks great! I love flashes of rainbow, and yours is fantastically well done. 🙂
