So its been *counts* 8 weeks! since I rainbow-fied my hair. I've washed it once or twice a week and its lasted really well! The blue has pretty much gone to white and is now going odd colours as its picking up the bleed from the others. The yellow has gone almost fluorescent (possibly because of the green bleed) the green is going lime/yellow, and the red has gone pink and the orange is going yellow! Because all this typed is confusing here are some pictures (and more plaits because I love them! Sorry if they're a little repetitive, I'm an indecisive soul)
Think i'm going to redo this rainbow dye again sometime soon then dress up in everything I own thats rainbow coloured just for the lols.

The only thing I dont like is the blue, I wish it would've been a good fade like the others. It feels more like I woke up one day and it was gone rather than a gradual one!

thats what my blue did(lagoon) i then changed to midnight and that lasts forever!

Love love love it. I like how it's like a natural-ish blonde on top, and then all the rainbow is underneath. Looks deliberate. 😛

Did you have to wash all the colours separately? I'm not even sure how you would wash them seperately but if not I'm impressed the colours haven't really bled into and/or eaten each other.

Thank you, i hadnt seen it in this way before, its made me appreciate it again as I was starting to get annoyed with it. But you've made me look at it in a different way thank you 🙂

No I would wash them all together. I would fling my head over the bath with cold and very luke warm water. This way the part that faded first would hopefully be the under neath as thats exposed to the water more. Used as little shampoo as possible.
I've gotten lazy recently though and fed up of feeling the cold water on my head and just washed it whilst having a hot shower and the pink is starting to come out loads but there isnt really any bleed. The blue which is silver is starting to pick odd bits of green and purple and orange up but nothing else has bled. THink it must have something to do with the fact I left the die in for nearly 15 hours!!!
