Special Effects Deep Purple

Around the end of September I went on a 10 days vacation at the seaside. I don't know whether it is the salt water + sunlight combination or what else, but my purple ombré faded pretty fast to the green that stained my hair when I dyed it with the new Plum formula some months ago... so I took the chance and once I got home I did a bleach bath to try to lift some more green off my hair (didn't really manage - maybe the proportions were wrong, maybe the green is just stubborn.. it got only a bit brighter than the pics) and then dyed with Deep Purple. I didn't dilute and maybe I should have, I got some rub offs even though I rinsed my hair with vinegar.. but nothing too dramatic. I am super pleased with the result, it's so vibrant and I hope it fades away nicely, too early to tell as I dyed on October 4th.
It was my first time using Special Effects and I really love the color and the consistency of the dye, with Directions I always had the impression I was using more dye than necessary and I also have a feeling SFX is easier to wash off my hands and skin in general. So long Directions!
