I see on your profile picture you had grey hair. Did you apply this pastel colour over your silver/grey hair? I'm trying to go silver now and I wonder if I can dye over my grey or silver like this in pastel colours. Also, what did you use to get your hair grey like that? 😂Sorry for so many questions 😂😂

The grey was pravana silver diluted with conditioner. It had mostly gone by the time I did the purple. It started to fade a bit more blue/green than I liked so I did a couple of colour removers and a quick bleach bath before putting the purple on. I must add that this was over a period of a few weeks! 🙂

My friend had her hair silver grey and she managed a light purple/ lilac over it, the only colour she couldn't get to take over the silver was peach as the silver neutralised all the warm tones in it and it went bright pink.
