Here are two pictures of it down. You can see how really, really blue it is, also the silvery bits. It's starting to grow on me now. It's probably a bit lighter now as I've just done a coconut oil treatment because my hair feels damaged and I hate it. Washed it out with some colour save shampoo, a very little bit. Going to try a mermaid-y do for tomorrow. Wish I'd had enough dye left to do my extensions with :(.

The back, ignore the state in the background xD(gamer station complete with microwave, aaaw yea!). You can see all the silvery ness.

The top:

It's probably not what you want to hear but I totally dig this colour! πŸ˜€

Actually, I love that people seem to like it. It made it a lot less painful to get nice comments on it. it's not what I wanted but it's starting to grow on me. I never imagined having blue hair xD. I wish it was more purple-y but it's okay for now. It's fading a lot really fast so it's becoming more pastel which makes me happier with it as well. I knew lilac was more of a blurple kind of colour but I didn't think it was just straight up blue, which is how it went on.

Next time I dye my hair i'm going to get my sis-in-law and her friend to dye it, they are a bright red and bright purple respectively and they do their own hair with veggie dyes all the time. They're quite ticked I didn't ask them to help me with this, actually. Haha.

I just realized how awkward that first picture is, I'm really tall and I had to scoochie down to get my whole head in the picture, I don't just have a freakishly long torso and short legs or anything xD.

I think it looks really gorgeous! Is it Directions Lilac or CC Lilac?

I think it looks amazing, what a great shade you've achieved even though it wasnt what you originally wanted πŸ™‚

I think it's cute!  8)  Don't forget you can always fix semi permanents because you haven't damaged it. Might be that it took unevenly because some parts of your hair have been straightened more than others.

It's now almost gone to the shade I actually wanted:

Coconut oil might just fix all of the world ills xD. My hair feels amazing today and I love this crinkle wavey style! Very different from my normal waves! It'd look better with extensions but I have to wait for my redye to have those! I'm happy now, it just took a few days! I'll update when I do the diluted violet dye!
