Inadvertent Purple!!!

After taking my time on Tuesday to experiment with mixing ratios, i then decided to try something completely different which i needed a different colour, which i ordered,

Yesterday i was in all day until 5:30 when i took my bunny to the vet & thats when the postman comes to deliver & it will be redelivered today...

I needed to dye my hair yesterday (although this goes to show, don't make rush decisions) because i a going away camping for 3 nights as of tomorrow then i am back for a day, then going to Barcelona for 4 nights for my 10yr anniversary (& i want my hair to be freshly dyed but no run off, etc)

I couldn't decide on what colour, so i took the easy way out and took the BF preference, he liked the Rose Red 1:1 Violet. I used both whole pots to mix the colour & added a whole pot of conditioner, then i decided it looked too much like RR. I now realise i should have added the RR to the pot of violet, but i'd used it all, so the only way to change it was to add something else & for some reason in my wisdom i added a whole pot of atlantic blue.

It looked like Ribena when it was on my head but i didn't expect it to come out this colour!!!

It looks multi tonal purple inside & outside when the sun hits it, the pink comes through. I think it could take some getting used to, as i am not a massive purple fan & its quite dark, so i feel it makes me look pale.

I am interested to see how it fades, i guess the pink will come through more as Rose Red is the longest lasting colour.
