I've only just found out I had a job interview tomorrow so I've tried to make my hair look as grown up as possible at short notice. My previous purple had faded very bright and was looking kind of pink and I had a few bright turquoises highlights. I popped a mix of near neat SFX Deep Purple with a bit of Adore Purple Rage hoping it'd come out basically black with a bit of a sheen. It's still quite obviously purple, but all straight and neat like this I think I might get away with it. Fingers crossed, at least the colour came out pretty is not strictly professional

It looks good! It's dark enough to look like the kind of 'natural' purple that's pretty socially acceptable now. I think it should be fine for an interview 🙂

Also I think those two pics were flash on/flash off but the difference is barely perceptible for some reason. odd.

Thanks very much 🙂 the job turned out to be at a really sinister "wellness clinic". The guy spouted a bunch of crap along lines of "doctors just pump you full of drugs and toxins so they can stay in business" etc etc, so I told them I'd rather stick with my job at the NHS!
Still in love with the colour though, and I dont have to work at a weird health cult where they expect regular overtime but wont pay you for it. That's a win win in my book.
