Finally falling in love with my purple now I have makeup on haha. I mixed directions plum and directions violet with conditioner (I wish I knew the ratios I just kinda fudged it!) both times but the first time I put far too much conditioner in! I suppose it started the toning process at least hehe. First time I've ever mixed/diluted colours and so far so good 🙂 just learnt the hard way that I'm not ready for pastel. First pic was the failed first dye, lots of blonde left 🙁 and then glorious purple ;D there are some different coloured bits, hard to see but they're not too bad now I've got used to it...PURPLEZ!

Oh stop it you ;D *blushes* yeah I'm really pleased with the colour, wonder how it will fade since there's loads of pinky plum and bluey violet, it'll be a surprise haha.

Since it's a mix, maybe it would fade to a lilac colour?

Thanks guys 😀 once it's started to fade I'll try and put up what it goes incase anyone else has fun mixing plum and violet is curious ^^
@LadyDragon Yeah I did originally want a pastel colour, and where it dyed it was so nice but not all of my hair was light enough and I just looked like I'd had a weird purple shampoo accident haha
@Glitterpix Haha thanks, I have a love hate relationship with my eyebrows, I've overplucked them since I was really young, so they're kinda half drawn on half there ;D

Hair update! Ok so it's been about 2 1/2 weeks since I dyed ma hurrr and it's still pretty purple. It's faded a nice lilac colour but it's not very even (not so obvious in my derpy webcam pic). It's darker at the top of my head and then gets really quite light at the bottom. There are also streaks of pinky purple from where my hair was darker yellow I guess. It's also darker on like the 'inside' of my hair, I guess I don't wash that bit as much or something. But all in all it's lasting well since I have done a couple of protein treatments, not sure when I'll next redye it. I'm interested to see how light it will eventually get 🙂
