Unfortunately it didn't take πŸ™ my base is still hints of minty green and blue but it'd all mainly yellow and white! I clarified, blowdried and the popped the dye on and wrapped up and left for ages and my hair is the exact same as before πŸ™ i'll have to give it another go

Aw man! That stinks! Maybe your hair wasn't porous enough? Sounds like it should've been ok... It really looks like your hair is light enough- especially the ends.

Same here - the swatch and the photo from Renbow looks more pink than lilac so I too am interested in how this shade turns out.  If it gives a more lilac look I will update the swatches.

I hope it works better second time around. Have you thought of using a hairdryer to get it to saturate? You know basically you apply it then blow dry until it's kinda dry, then maybe add more if you think your hair can absorb more, then blow dry etc.

I also did think it looked like a pinky light purple, we'll see how it ends up looking on your hair!

Rainbow, I agree with you it seems pretty close to Directions Lavender.

Theodora I did do something similiar but I had it wrapped up in tinfoil. I had just clarify shampoo-d my hair with no conditioner, then blowdried it dry, then stuck the dye on. I've got it back on now, gonna wait until late tonight again to wash it out but I'll take your advice and check on it and add more. Fingers Crossed!

Re Marshmallow Colour - I usually base swatches on the samples sent from the supplier and I amend them if needed once a couple of photos have been submitted.  In this case however the dye in the bottle clearly has a lilac shade to it whereas the sample we received from Crazy Color shows a more pink colour.  Due to this I have tweaked the swatch on here and the website to show it's a pink with lilac tones to it.  If anyone has bought this colour when it was shown as more pink and would like to exchange it for another please contact me through the website.

Kitty - hope the new try works out better as I too would like to see the results of this colour and if my hair was not bright red just now I would be trying it myself πŸ˜€
