I got there, breaking some rules, I know, but I got there!  *devil*

x

This morning in better lighting

x

Can i just say I wouldnt recommend this dye to anyone though, I was major disappointed (its rebranded Rusk Scream from Sallys) and this is gonna fade super fast, so I have ordered some SFX Atomic Pink for the first time. (bit scared of this stuff looking at reviews!)
The fact it doesnt stick to skin, or my bath, said it all really  *rofl*

The ends are a bit more reddy but the base was fairly gingery there, I just refused to lift further. This is as close as I have got to a pink so I'm just gonna suck it up and be happy lol!

Thank you!

Bit weird seeing a soft pink rather than the firey red i had! Taking some getting used to! *rofl*

Do you ladies think atomic pink will be ok over this once its faded a bit?

It'll take fine but be aware that the recent batches have been a very reddy pink. I'd try flamingo pink by directions if you want a pink pink from the offset.
Also you have to basically grow out atomic pink so be aware that it won't just bleach out.

Word.  That's the truth! We can still see little hints of AP in the very ends of my daughter's hair a year later.  πŸ˜‰

I did see some people have problems even going darker from Atomic pink... eeek

Maybe I will leave it alone for a bit or strand test!

Thanks meeshybop, maybe thats the way forward. Very newbie with pinks. i used Pinkissamo years ago on sections but it had a tendancy to go a little red too

No problem πŸ™‚ I use adore pink rose but I think it might be a bit reddy purply pink for you. Flamingo pink would be perfect πŸ™‚

Well one wash and it all fell out really! My hair didnt feel to great either. So I thought it might be time for the big guns and atomic pink popped through my door just in time.

I very much love it now, this really is my favourite colour. It seemed a little red initially like others have said, but, it doesnt help that I do have an orangey base. No matter, as its such a rich colour and happy stuck on my hair!

in love!

And SFX really does feel lovely on the hair too!

Looks great! I love your hair style as well. I love AP as a colour, it was great, but I change my mind too much to have it (took me ages to get rid of mine!)

Pink really suits you, definitely the best of the colours you've shown so far. Lovely <3
