For comic con this year I went as Jem from Jem and The Holograms :3
I used Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink with tad of Special Effects Wild Flower to make it a cooler toned pink heavily diluted with Aussie volumizing conditioner.
I realise her hair is more pastel but I needed to make it dark enough to take over the heavily faded capri blue. ::)
this one's super blurry but the only good picture I got of my whole outfit ;_;

Thanks everyone! And @charimito when the dye was still in, I thought I mixed it too dark and was going to look like her! I was like oh no, I need a change of outfit, haha xD

Amezzing...I think I may need some crimpers in my life (even though - sadly - I am old enough to have crimped my hair the first timd round! 😖 Also I loved Jem when I was a kid!

Ha ha! I recall getting a crimping iron for a Christmas gift. I think I was about 12 or 13. That was a loooonnnng time ago. 😉

I love your Jem! That show is still one of my favorites. I just can't let go. It's so nostalgic for me. I've always wanted to dress as Jem, even though I really don't even like pink. I think you made it look great. 🙂

OMG - I love this! You look a-m-a-z-i-n-g dahling. I love Jem. I had the dolls and watched the show when I was a kid. I'm so glad its become popular again, its brilliant.
