hey everyone! forgot to keep you all updated on the fade of my poppy red, but! here i am!
i went red just before christmas, and i can say it lasted well over a month staying a nice rasberry colour, but i got bored as usual so tried bleaching it out. first time i used waaaay too much shampoo in the 'bleach bath' so it turned like.. dusty cerise. bleh! and it was pretty meh for a while and i just hated it, so naughty poh bleached her hair again last weekend, and now it's a perfect baby pink and my roots are white thanks to some good ol'fashioned toner! i luff it! it looks best when it's just been washed, but here's a picture of it yesterday in sort of sunlight, it's a bit lighter irl :3

tehe thanks nickki 🙂 if this STILL hasn't shifted by next month, it'll be getting another bashing of bleach, i'll be posting how well that goes too :3

I saw your profile picture before I saw this, and HAD to run to tell you how fantastic it looks!
Definitely my favourite on you by far!
I HATE pink now because of everyone going cray cray on it, but that's definitely a look that I just can't resist on you.
It makes me want to go pink myself. But alas! I have other plans! e-e

me too! i hated the pinky red it was, for the fact that everyone is pinky red, but it was so so nice! but this i love, it's got like whiter and paler bits all in it which you can't see as much on that picture : )
today it was sooooo fluffy after i dried it, it looked litterally like i'd stuck my head in a candyfloss machine!

debbie: it was Directions Poppy Red, this is it after 2 bleaches and washing with normal shampoo rather than Naked or anything. if you're wanting the colour i have (^ up there) then i think you'd be better off diluting Carnation Pink (Directions). but if you wanted the red i had that's Poppy 😀
