I know you don't want me to say this, but I'm going to anyway. Everyone says their hair is in good condition. Until the damage catches up and it isn't in good condition anymore. So yes, don't do anything else to your hair or you risk breakage at least. It also depends on what products you use too. Products laden with silicone makes it feel in good condition but it hides the truth.

At least you only bleached once and bleach bathed once, it could have been worse, but still not ideal.

Get some olaplex if you can. Also some kpak reconstructor or aphogee two step for protein and a deep conditioner to follow up. Your hair has been through a lot and it can take several weeks to show, as I said before.

It takes around a month for damage to start to show. On many hair types the hair will feel fine straight after processing, but break off in the coming months. My hair is like that, when I have over processed it in the past it has never felt fried or weak and mushy at the time, but it breaks of after about three months

I only put it up to talk about the colour lol why I said don't mention damage haha.
I've ordered olaplex. But I put that rose on by bleach London which I thought wud be good as people rave the silver toner is good and the bleach but washed out within 2 washes :/
I've got from savers  smart beauty pastel hair colour. In candy floss. Anyone used it before? It's brighter then the rose tho lol

I think it's important to point out the dangers of repeated processing even if you were lucky enough to escape damage and even if you did only come here to show the colours; someone could just read this one post without going through the rest of the forum and think that this is an example of good practice and end up wrecking their hair by repeating it!

I've not heard of that brand of pastel no, I know one of my friends tried a few of the Bleach London ones though and didn't get much longevity from any of them. Shame, that colour in the last photo is really nice.

This, so many times over. If we have people come here, read this post and not read anything else, then ruin their hair we, as a whole, get blamed. That's not fair. We've been doing this for many years and have seen a lot of people do the same things 🙂 Seriously, what you did is, by far, not the worst we've seen here. It's far from good, but it's definitely not the worst ever by a long way. At least you did it over a couple of weeks, that's a small mercy. We still have to point out that it's just not good though, I'm sorry if it irritates, I really am. I just want to help 🙂

All pastel colours wash out really fast. Bleach London is really a brand people who are new to dying use because it's in Boots and mentioned all over Instagram. It's basically kinda just trendy because some photos from the salon went viral and then they released their own brand which is really weakly pigmented.

You're better off using a more highly pigmented brand and diluting heavily with conditioner. SO much cheaper and you'll get slightly longer lasting results. But as I say, pastels fade fast unless they're staining left over from bright colours.

It also really matters how you're washing it. (I can't remember if we've talked about this before, so sorry if I'm repeating myself) If you're using normal sulphate shampoos and hot water, it'll fade even faster. Pastel colours, and bleached hair in general cry out for a much softer cleansing routine. Conditioner only washing isn't for everyone, but there are alternatives that won't strip colour so fast.

If you want your pastel pink to last you need a better brand lol
If you want a cheap option Adore or Directions are both far superior to what you are using. Directions Rose Red makes a great pastel pink and Adore has several cool toned pinks you could use. The longest lasting pastels pink I have used was heavily diluted Virgin Rose from Special Effects. It does cost more but is worth it, it lasted for months in my hair (I do wash pretty minimally, but even if you are shampooing it will last several weeks)
Also adding some dye to your regular conditioner will keep the colour topped up

Well that pastel dye was useless!
Went patchy so ive now got flamingo pink very diluted on.
We shall see now.
