Faded Raspberry

So this is my faded raspberry/pink. This is a mixture of one bottle of Stargazer Baby Pink with a blob of Poppy Red, topped up with a tiny amount of conditioner just to make it go further. I absolutely hate it, and it's now mostly just a colour close to Flamingo Pink, but I reckon if you kept it topped up with a pink/red mixture it would last a long time!

Bonus pic - my microdermal, because I like being a show off.

I don't know if it's the lighting or my screen, but it looks like a gorgeous ruby red in that photo.

You're right, it is the lighting! These should be a little better. Also I have my face on now, so enjoy looking at my handsome mug!

I like the colour objectively, but it just isn't 'me' like the lilac ones! I'll have to try and do a timeline at some point. I'm stripping as much colour as I can tonight with the lemon/bicarb/f-liquid/h&s mix, so hopefully I can get it pale enough to take diluted violet. I have a job interview on Wednesday! I do pick the best moments to hate my hair.

It's an adorable colour, but I know what you mean about a colour not feeling very you, so hope you can get something that feels right soon!

In the meantime, it does look super-cute πŸ˜€

Oh my goodness, thank you! I'm very self-conscious about my hair cut, as it's just a grow(ing) out pixie cut. I do my fringe myself. Trying to grow my hair for graduation! I'm finally back to purple, but at the cost of my poor microdermal. Got some of the lemon juice rinse on it and now it's irritated and angry with me. Been doing salt soaks and covering it with plasters, but I can't seem to catch a break with my mods right now!

sorry to hear about your dermal, lemon juice sounds soooreee! πŸ™ salt soaks sound good but is covering it with plasters a good idea? i don't have a microdermal myself, just a couple of other piercings, but surely it'd be better to let it breathe?

glad to hear you're back to a colour you're happy with though πŸ™‚

I'm keeping it covered so that other irritants don't get in! It's being aired every few hours because I'm allergic to the plaster, but it's also a sort of 'out of sight, out of mind' thing as I keep self-consciously touching it which is really not good. 'Breathing' is the last thing it needs, as it's irritated and I own three cats so lots of cat fur in the air and on every surface. It's a month old and I thought it was starting to get good and sturdy, but I was reckless and I've paid the price.
