So I wanted pastel, but the first time I did "pastel" it photographed blonde still! I'll attach a pic of that, lol don't mind the frizz, I had rewashed without conditioner to do it again! So now I really like the shade and hope the fade is nice and a little more long lasting.
For this I used Adore Sunrise Orange and Adore Hot Pink. I went about 50/50, and heavily diluted but it wasn't consistent throughout (I don't like just 'one' shade so I don't mind changing chunks up slightly. My beginning "blonde" was also different streaks so it will always vary in the end result.)
Towards the top I used more Hot Pink and A little lighter/more diluted and that shows when looking at my face head on. I will try and get a better picture of that when I'm ready to show my face lol. Still, I may add more pink diluted to keep that orange a little less...orange without compromising the coral color.
Then a teeny bit of dilute Adore Pink Rose on about 4 sections, just the ends, to add a little magenta for fun.
Apologies that it wasn't coming out as bright as it is, even outside!
It looks like a fruit salad sweetie, you know like you get in bags with black jacks? I could just eat your hair!!
Gorgeous <3
So pretty and perfect for spring!
Nice π
That's such a cute colour π
Thanks guys! I am doing it again tonight with more pink. Even though it's more pink and vibrant in real life, it clearly has an orange base. Also since it's so diluted it will fade fast so fingers crossed it comes out well and not too much like a bright pink. I *really* want it to be pretty clear that it's coral, or at least not typical pinky pink or bright orange. I like a little different. π
Update**
Ok, added more pink last night. I think in a way its "too pink" though there is still orange streaks (I can't do flat color anyway, and I'm too impatient to try, so it works) But whatever it is, I do like it!!!
We're hair twins now! π

Awwwwwww yay! :DD I hate how mine is muddy in the mid/back lengths where I couldn't get it light enough! Such a bummer. π

My lengths are pretty stained from previous years of box dye, so I definitely know your pain! My hair is the exact range of colours from corally orange to pink! I love it though. I touch up when I do my roots and add some pink into my conditioner. So it always ranges somewhere between bright pink and coral.
Aww yea it stinks but at least overall it's nice. π I thought about doing that with the conditioner as well but only washed like twice so far. Or maybe once, since I made it more pink. You know what's weird? I bleached my roots before doing this and they didn't take at ALL! So weird. Oh well. Also I have to hide it for work with a wig *groan* What does everyone else do that they can have colored hair? I kinda want to post about it lol π
Here! Hair twins!
(My fade)
Oh it looks gorgeous now, I think it looks wonderful more pink!
Oh yea!! How awesome! π And thanks guys! π
I rather like the color. I might have to do something like this with mine.
