*i wasn't entirely sure what colour to put this post under, so i went with orange.. but feel free to move into the natural section :D*
well as you may know, i used coral red over my ginger-brown base and ended up with a rich red shade, rather than the vibrant ginger which i had predicted 😛 luckily i liked it anyway!
well, just an update: it's been about three and a half weeks since i dyed it, and the coral red has faded nicely into pretty much the colour i had originally intended! it's pretty similar to my salon dyed ginger/orange hair (which lost its vibrancy in like two washes :() and you can see the ombre-ness of my base peeking through 😛

really pleased how it's faded, love me some ginger 😀 though i think it's high time i moved away from ginger haha, feel free to put forward any colour suggestions 🙂

It looks amazing! I love ginger hair in general and it really brings out your eyes! I don't know about suggestions, I think you suit red and orange so well you could do anything on the spectrum like maybe a dark burgundy-ish red (something like sfx burgundy wine) or a bright like 5th element orange. I think you suit rich shades in general, like bright jewel colours, like a bright rich purple or blue or even an emerald type green.

thank you so much everyone! 😀 i'm going a natural colour next week (need my roots done but decided there's no point doing a bright colour 'cos i'm going to spain at the start of august) but i'll look into these jewel colours you're all recommending when i come back from holidays 🙂 what do you guys think of a rich raspberry shade? i love this colour:
though maybe with stronger red tones...?
although purple sounds quite tempting now too... gah! decisions! 😛

ahhhh, emerald green ends with that sounds unreaaaal :') don't know if i'm quite brave enough for multicolours yet though, this was my first all over veggie dye! >< some day though!
