So i finally achieved my turquoise-pink-purple-combo, and the colours work so well together! It's Directions Cerise, Plum and Turquoise, all both diluted and undiluted. The gingery colour is a diluted Mandarin.
This picture is the only time I really liked it, though. I'm not used to cool tones in my hair, and the turquoise is framing my face too, so it's really obvious. Turquoise is a lovely colour, but it's just not for me I guess. I've heard it's really hard to fade out but I'm going to try to fade it loads (and possibly a bleach bath) and see what (warmer) colour will go over it.
Wanted to show you guys anyway!
That is absolutely gorgeous!
Is it the actual colour/tone that doesn't work on you or is it that it is really obvious and you don't like how noticable it is?
Well a bit of both, i guess. I love it when all shades blend in with each other (like when they're in the same colour family and you get this gradient of colour), which obviously isn't the case here. The turquoise streaks are a bit too.. blunt.
But besides all that, I find it hard to get used to the colour itself too. Maybe I should've taken it slower to get used to it, instead of just throwing it in on a very prominent place. π
Thank you, by the way!
Lovely π
I'd kill for hair like that, great job π
I think it's beautiful!
Aw thank you ladies! I appreciate your opinions! I wish I could give my hair to someone else, haha!
I would love to swap hair with you...but that prob wouldn't help much as mine is Blurple!
This is beautiful!
you could maybe fade down the turquoise as much as possible and put some pink over it? Then it should go a nice purpley colour (I think)
I think it's lovely π
Pretty! Interesting placements too
