Heyhey
I started out with SFX Atomic Pink and I wanted a rainbow but as you all know it is a sticky kinda colour so that wasn't an option.
I faded it somewhat with frequent washing (pic 1 - also spot how I convinced my lovely chap to streak, as it were)
I then spent an afternoon doing bicarb, clarifying shampoo and epsom salt bath (pic 2) before a 30 mins dabble with JeromeR 40 vol which stripped some bits and refused to touch others. (pic 3)
Then I assembled the following potions: sfx cherry bomb, directions mandarin, stargazer yellow, directions turquoise, neon blue, violet. I knew I couldn't do a detailed app with a bad back (too much rinsing) and that yellow wouldn't show so I used it to zhuzh up mu mandarin and greenify my turquoise (ALL technical terms...)
I split into top and bottom, bottom section got turq/blue/violet then rinsed that.
Top I split into 4 and applied red/orange/turq/blue/violet and kinda attempted the same with my fringe but slipped up with the turquoise mix and have a teal-y forelock!! I've attached pics from today, after one wash. π
Thanks to everyone who helped! Mwah!
Gorgeous, great job π
i love this! it's so different. welcome to the rainbow club =)
Oh god that's so pretty. I love it. @-@
this so cool, different than some rainbows π I might have to try this one day...
Cheers me dears π I like it more each day...I'm hoping I can just cherry bomb my roots when they appear and grow it out if the fade is even enough...:D
That is really interesting π I bet the fade will be nice.
Gorgeous fade π
I love that fade so much :D!
That fade is definitely something to cherish. That's blummin' beautiful!
I'm totally missing that fade now...I couldn't top the rainbowy goodness so I went more natural with semi permanent brown (well, midnight blue/turquoise underneath it...not tooooo normal)
I' jonesing for some pink action again though so I think I'll try some stripping (ooh err) and pinking next week...
