A few people have asked about mixing up pink with turquoise or blue like your picture up there. We have a video link on the forum to a lady who did her own but now that you're around maybe you can help out too.

You'll see, no one will ask about it now lol!

Well, with the turquoise and pink (Directions) i mixed them both seperatly with a hell of alot of conditioner to get it as pale as possible, morgans hair was already a light blonde, so i sectioned off the bottom half and painted it with the turqoise mixture, then i added foils to that top layer of turqoise so it wouldn't mix with the pink, then i added the pink mixture =] that picture makes it look alot darker, it was very pale when it was done (oh also i left the colours on for about 3 hours) =] and thanks for your lovely comments! im looking for a model who wants to go blue now xD

i've been slowly bleaching up my models hair over a long length of time, taken it about a year to get it from a mousy brown to whiteblonde without killing the condition, then i added directions white blonde, also she shampoos it with joico violet shampoo, which takes out the yellow tone =]

If these are for a future portfolio I would recommend that you take pictures of the style from all angles. One from the front, one from the back, and one from the side are standard. Use a neutral background, and keep hands and other unnecessary distraction from the photos if you can.

The pink/blue dye job is very good - did you do the cut and styling as well or just the colour? You should be clear about which elements of the overall head are your work when using photos for a portfolio, otherwise it will be assumed that all of the work is yours, and this is undesirable for obvious reasons.

In all of these pictures i did the cuts, colours and styles, and all of these have before pictures as well.
... I understand how to make a hair portfolio, I have all angles and different edits and backgrounds of these pictures, but i used these these especially because they are my personal favorates. I include hands and props etc because i want to make my pictures to have more character other than someone just standing infront of the camera, lol. But thanks for the advice anyway.

I think the last pic looks extra nice with the green top and jewellery to bring out the hair colour πŸ™‚
