She has natural blonde hair. About 7 or 8. I used Manic Panic Purple Haze and Hot Hot Pink. Also used Pravana Vivids Blue. Mixed half of both the Blue and the Purple with dimethicone free conditioner to create about 5 different shades.
She didn't want straight color chunks so I did random color melt. I did a purple root all over blended in to strands of color. Some pink to Blue. Some Blue to purple. Some Purple to pink. Light Purple to Blue. Pink to Purple etc. Alternated all over.
She loves it and I kind wish it was on my head. lol

LOL!!! I live in Miami, FL. I'm not a professional and I don't do bleaching (I'm just no good at it).

This is very pretty. <3 Did you dye it over unbleached hair? I wonder how long it will last. I can see why your friend is happy, it's gorgeous!

Yup. Unbleached hair.
She is a natural ash blonde and she wanted it dark-- not sure neon vibrant. So no need for bleach.
=)
