Not exactly what I was aiming for, but I'll go with it. Excuse the tired face, please. π
The main problem: I have different understanding of 'Midnight blue' than Directions  This is way lighter and therefore (yellowy hair) turquoise than I expected. I will have to switch brands as I want a navy blue (like... the midnight sky) and old plum just remains to be my nemesis. I can't deal with this colour, it's just a dark version of Cerise. That being said, there is something about plum and cerise mixing in my hair that gives a weird, brownish colour. I would expect that with the NEW plum as that is apparently blue, but old Plum is insanely pink! Midnight blue and old Plum however mix wonderful together, giving a rich, dark purple.
Perhaps I'm going to tone it a bit with a mix of midnight blue and plum, not too sure about that. I am however happy with the condition of my hair and I like the flow.
So for now it's just see how it fades and look for the actual colours that I want, which probably means I have to switch brands. Again: I want the colours of the Bi-flag: a navy blue, purple and bright pink. Any thoughts?
It's still stunning though! I understand this is not what you were aiming for. What colour was your hair underneath? I used cerise on a friend and it's VERY magenta. If you are going for a bright pink I might suggest something like carnation pink. This one starts of neon highlighter pink and fades to a lovely soft pink. But this result was on light hair.
I must say the lighter blue on top works really well. Also your hair overall is gorgeous. Looks so shiny and that wave <3 I like having straight hair, I don't actually have to do anything special with it. But I would like a wave now and then. My hair is so straight, it can't hold a ponytail with a band. The band just falls out eventually. π Oh well, grass is always greener on the other side, no?
Actually, I have no idea what my base is. I suppose a level 8 - 9 near the roots (because I did my roots too soon AGAIN) and level 7ish lengths. I hardly have any red pigment in my hair so no brassy parts. I instantly chucked the Directions in. Normally Cerise is a bit brighter but it probably mixed a tiny bit with old Plum.
Thank you! <3 It used to be quite straight years ago but during puberty it became like this. π
I know it's not quite what you wanted but it is lovely π
Thank you! It's starting to grow on me but I'm already checking out Adore's colours. π Just to have them here in time.
Hmm, Midnight Blue doesn't like my hair and is already fading quite ugly. Mwuh!
It really fades ugly so as we speak I have I love Juicy in the lengths of my hair to get the greenish stuff out and see what I can do from there with the left-overs dye I still have. π
Touch up! Not completely visible but I shortened the midnight blue, added some purple on the faded blue in the lengths and extended the cerise which is more a warm purple/magenta. The pic is without filter, I'm just really white, glow in the darkish and this was taken close to the window. π

Wow!! Love it! I have serious hair envy right now x
Awh thank you! :-*
