CC Violette after removing perma black

I used two decolour removers on my perma black hair and it worked a treat! It did leave me with an incredibly uneven base. I figured using cc violette without diluting it would make it even. And it did. Only it's very dark and nearly blue, haha. Not like any of the hairdye gallery pics. I like it and it will fade anyway. And no more black, YAY!

After two decolour removers :

The fringe is supposed to be pink, it's the only part I didn't dye black and is currently directions carnation pink.

And the result :

Ooh I actually love that result though, it look s great with the pink fringe. Hopefully it should fade down nicely as well.

I just did the same and removed permanent black. My base was like yours and it was surprisingly coverable.
Yours looks great. Color really suits you

Great colors! I love the inky blue. Glad you had so much success with the color removers. πŸ™‚

The colours are lovely!  And it's covered really evenly too!  A bit off topic, but what happened to the dreads?

Thank you all! πŸ™‚

Mindi, I combed them out because they made me insecure and weren't placed right at places, which left gaps, which made me more insecure. My hair is also so smooth, the roots weren't dreading without help at all (even after bleach and with dread shampoo). I also didn't like the length, but to have them grow would take so so long. It was a rather rash decision, but I'm happy now. Maybe (natural) dreads just aren't for me. Or maybe for the future when I managed to grow my hair our way longer to have a bit more starting length. πŸ™‚

Ah, I see!  Natural dreads aren't for everyone though!  I personally have no issues with gaps or placement, as my natural hair is ridiculously thick & curly, so it dreads easily, and there's plenty to cover!  Maybe you could try some synth extensions while your own hair grows?  That way you can have dreads when you want them, and return to non-dreaded hair when you don't.  And DE extensions also provide more coverage & volume too.
