I love those undercut long pixies that are around at the moment! I think they look really cool (If I wasn't having some kind of mid life crisis that's making me want princess hair for the first time in 15 years I'd be tempted myself haha!) I say go for it, it wouldn't take long to grow out if you didn't like it! (the nape of my hair has grown from shaved to collar bone length in a year with regular trims so you could prob grow back out to a normal pixie in a couple of months)
I'd check with work first. I remember your work won't let you have bright colours and I've heard of some companies that have had bad reactions to visible undercut and side cuts with designs.
That's true Janine I didn't really think about my haircut being a problem with work. I will check with HR and find out, but in the mean time I might just cut it and leave out the design part for now.
I'm just sooo addicted to pixie cuts, I really don't think i'll ever grow my hair out, lol. When I did have long hair I pulled it back more than I had it down anyways!
Ah yeah I'd forgotten you said your work are strict about your hair, defo ask them before taking the plunge! I think short hair looks really cool, I loved having shorter hair but I'm sort of trying out longer hair one last time before I feel too old at the moment - it's really annoying how long it takes to wash and dry now though haha!
yea I felt like I took more time washing, drying and styling my long hair and I just don't have the patience for that most of the time, hence why it ended up in a bun most of the time. My hair used to be short enough to literally towel dry (it was basically shaved down to almost nothing) it was awesome, but I used to get crap from my mom about looking like a boy so I keep it longer now, lol.
Yeah small hair looks awesome, You can go with as you like a haircut for your hair
