There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube, search chalking hair. Is where you make rub chalk pastels on your hair, the colour sticks a bit better if you have damp hair or is more subtle on dry hair.

Well you learn something new every day. Looks like a lot of hassle (says she with the world's least amount of patience) for just a few strands - think I'll stick to my dyes 😉

i agree, the amount of effort it'd take to do a full head in chalk would be awful to do tabitha! x

Ooh chalking will stain blonde or porous hair.

Hehe I did something similar with a red permanent marker when I was about 14 ... it lasted about a month (and on virgin hair!).

When I was about 15 my friends killed time in English by colouring my hair in with markers, since I was the only one who wouldn't mind ha!
