These look awesome!

I've never had dreads before (I'm a chicken :D) but since my hair is so fine I'm doubtful that they'd work for me. I figure the lighter the better so as not to put too much of a strain on my hair.

How do you go about fixing them to your head? (I best check if there's already a tutorial for this :D)

I don't think there's a tutorial for that but there's several ways you can do it. Either run elastic through the loop at the top where it was attached to the string and tie up pony tails with them or loop a hair band through and do the same thing.

Or you can put some string back through and tie it tight and fix them in with hair clips, the strong alligator style ones should do the trick.

As far as I remember, you can colour it, but it's more like staining than dying. I've seen something about using sharpie pens p, fabric paint and acrylic paint. But I don't think dyes work. That's why everyone wants human hair extentions here πŸ™‚

My hair is a mixture of different pinks so I'm not sure if I could get a colour to match πŸ™ I'm gonna try my hand at make kanekalon dreads and if they work I'll invest in some human hair ones! πŸ™‚

My synth ones are a mix of two pinks, just get different shades of pink and make a mix type πŸ™‚
