I'm thinking of doing this with my hair on the back but I'm afraid that the colors might mix does that happen to you?

You can wash the colours seperately to avoid bleeding, cover one part in conditionder whilst washing the other helps. Rinising them away from each other minimalises bleeding too.

If you choose colours that don't bleed so much yoou can get away with being a bit lazy and washing them at the same time in my experience but this only usually works for a small section of hair that is different coloured instead of all over.

that's a real pain xD I want to dye pink on top and then purple do you think that they might mix? I know that if I dye black on top it will mix with the pink but will the pink and purple mix?

The pink and purple mixing wouldnt be too noticible if the pink was on top. I've seen some people say that pink and black mix to a purpley shade.

Fun Tutorial.
I am like a cat with TP when I try to use cling wrap. I just go nutso! I do like the foil that is already cut. My hair curls right up when I put dye on it & drives me batty!
