*Grips

*Conditioner

Step 1
Use the comb to create a horizonal parting following your hairline, but about 2 inches back from your hairline, from your side parting to your ear

Step 2
Grip the rest of your hair completely out of the way

Step 3
Coat the roots of the hair that you are not dying in conditioner to prevent the colour bleeding

Step 4
Use the comb to do another horizontal parting, splitting the section you are going to dye in half

Step 5
Temporarily grip the top section out of the way

Step 6
Using the tint brush, smother the remaining section in the blue dye, from root to tip. Massage it in at the roots, and comb all the way through to the ends

Step 7
Leave to slightly dry for half an hour, then cover in strips of sellotape

Step 8
Ungrip the other half (top section) of your fringe that you want to dye

Step 9
Use the tint brush (make sure you have rinsed it and dried it after you used it for the blue) to smother the hair in the pink dye. Massage it in at the roots, and comb all the way through to the ends

Step 10
Leave on for as long as possible (at least 2 hours) then rinse thouroughly until the water runs clear

I was thinking that, surely it can't be good for your hair, cling film's good for sectioning, or foil 🙂

its sellotape over wet dye, so it doesn't damage your hair. it just has the stick so you can stick each end to your forehead/cheek

For those who don't want sellotape in their hair, cutting a square of clingfilm and taping it to your temples/cheeks/forehead will have the same effect, or wrapping the hair in foil as already suggested.

As veggie dyes do not contain peroxide, they are safe to wrap in foil without risking damage.

That's amazing. Definitely going to try this 🙂 By the way, is the white hair just bleached or dye?
