Sorry to make a new topic, but I'm so happy with this mix and I didn't know if it fitted with my other topic.
I've achieved a lovely teal by mixing Stargazer Tropical Green (which was a little too light for me) and Stargazer Blue Black in a 1:1 mix.
It's rather dark, but glitters beautifully in sunlight.
The first time I mixed half a bottle of Blue Black, but I think this 1:1 dosage gives the best result.
'normal'
Direct sunlight.
Wow, that's gorgeous! I love how striking the difference is between indoor and outdoor lighting!
thats lovely! ive always wondered how to make a nice teal! its so perfect, well done π
thats so nice
Really nice colour π love how multi-tonal it is..looks almost natural!
perfection <3
Awesome awesome π
Thank you all. I'm sooo happy with it. π
It lastst rather long too.
Amazing π
That is really pretty π
Is it okay to update on this topic?
I've sticked to blue black and tropical green on a 1:1 formula and it's really pretty! Starts out rather dark and it lasts quite a bit longer than just a green. Didn't take fade pics, but I did take a new pic when I dyed my hair again, here it is :
No flash.
I love this color sooo much! Would you mind if I copied you? Haha. π
Also, how's the staying power for this dye?
Of course I don't mind, I'm sure I'm not the first one to try this combo either. π
Staying power is good. It lasts longer than Tropical Green alone and with less yellow. Last time I dyed (result is the picture above your post) it lasted over two months before I really started to see yellowy bits.
But I've read some people don't have good experiences with Stargazer. For me, it works perfectly, but it might or might not last the same for you as it did for me.
That's really pretty. You suit green so well and I love your haircut π
