Help with Lime Green?

Okay. I'm super excited about doing this. Odds are that i'll keep it for a while even after Halloween. I mean who cares if I get called Joker from time to time... I'll have cooler hair then any of them anyway  ::)

I love green hair 🙂 I'd do it a lot more often if I didn't get called grotbags or kermit when I have it! Being called joker is a million times more flattering than Grotbags!

I mean sometimes people are genuinely nice and will say a complement but there are also mean stuff and i've gotten this a couple of times with just the blonde in my hair with things like "Look at that guy" and laugh. Now i can't image how it will be when its green or how other people with already cool hair get comments. Although it might be different for a guy then a women but i don't know. All i can say is that its a shame there's so many people who just want to say something mean. Luckily i'm not the type to start a fight so if someone says something i'll just make a joke back varying on how cold the comment was.

Ah seriously, ignore the people who make stupid comments and just look however you want to! It's not worth taking their nonsense into account when deciding how you should express yourself! I've had everything from Mr Blobby (a very unflattering comparison to a large pink character on a really crappy old tv show), to Ronald McDonald when I had red/pink/orange hair, and an old man called me a tattooed dragon once! (he meant it in a mean way but I just said thanks, I like dragons!). I get a lot of the 'why would a nice girl like you ruin her looks by getting tattoos?' comments and I tend to just give a sarcastic reply that I'm very sorry I haven't fulfilled my sole purpose in life of looking attractive to them! I find another good one for people who ask why you've got (whatever) hair colour is to tell them it's natural, my dad is a smurf/ one of the Simpsons/ a fraggle or whatever.
I just mostly ignore them though, I use the RuPaul quote "Unless they're paying your bills, pay them b*tches no mind' as my personal mantra haha!

and tattoos are cool. I plan on getting some soon that i've been considering for a while now. but idk why people say mean stuff like that i mean really they get absolutely nothing from it and if they have fun trying to ruin someones day then they do in fact live a very sad life. Besides i think its kinda funny to hear what some people have to say anyway.

I think it was basically the guy's most current and witty reference, you have to feel sorry for him really haha! I used to work in quite a rough, local pub so a lot of the people there were not exactly the most open minded or cool!

I just always try to remind myself that people who want to upset others are just a bit broken inside, and those of us who only say something when we have something nice to say are winning anyway! I agree, they are just sad! Good luck with your green hair and your tattoos when you get them, hope you enjoy them as much as I think you will!

Ugh, people utterly suck sometimes! I wish everyone could just be accepting but I know that's just a fairytale. I think the green is going to look fantastic and I hope you post some pics afterwards so we can all see! Life is too short to have boring hair!
