Dyed my hair with a mix of Adore Emerald and Aquamarine + Directions Alpine Green. It was over a mostly lilac, pinky base. Picture included because I'm surprised at how well I managed to get years of directions plum out with a month or two of force facing and one bleach bath.

This was the only photo I could get of it which looks even close to real life. Have the thing everyone seems to with straight alpine green where it mostly comes out this odd, sickly turquoise on camera. I like the colour on me a lot but I'm not sure about the brightness, so I might turn it down by adding a few squirts of blue black dye when I next touch it up. Anyone had success using black dye in that way? the Adore one I have seems to be a kind of indigo base so I dont think it'd mute the colour too much.

Lovely!

I'm actually really surprised you didn't get green when you bleached it (although that would have been a great base!) and how well the alpine colour covered that pinky lilac!

It looks so pretty on you! And even! I attempted a darker version of this but mine is very uneven.
