What products will and will not mess up a keratin treatment? I know sulfate free is a must. But are all sodiums banned as well?

Did you get a keratin treatment? 😀 Or you thinking about it?
I was a bit confused as well with regards to sodium products, because I think some advice states to avoid sulphate, and some says to avoid products with sodium. I think it's sulphate.
I think you're safe staying clear of SLS, and I'd say chloride/chlorine isn't ideal either (I don't think I should use those words interchangeably, but I'm not sure which to use!). And co-wash as much as possible to maintain the keratin for as long as you can.
