Probably isn't a question that gets asked very often haha
I currently have white/silver hair with a few patchy bits underneath where it's a little brassier
I actually want it to be more of a platinum/champagne blonde
Is there a toner available to add the blonder tones? Or a dye that deposits this colour instead of taking colour out?

Yes there are blonde toners that just deposit colour. What country are you in? If in the UK Superdrug do a range called Colour Effects that has two blonde shades, also Colour Episodes which is a mousse. I haven't tried them but Jerpme Russell and Live XXL do blonde toners that are peroxide free. If you want a proffessional product Wella Colour Frrsh is a range of non-damaging toners, with lots of blonde shades.
