im not sure of the level, but mine is an ashy light brown that would get gold and red streaks in it from the sun. so strange.  my eyes are a mix of greens and a bit of golden brown, and in the summer, they always totally matched my natural hair color.

My mother told me I was born with pitch black hair, and it all fell out and grew back in medium brown, which became more of a dark brown ("with lots of red in it", as a hairstylist once told me) by the time I passed toddler years.

I don't even know how to describe my color. I's ginger, but kind of amber-brown-thing...slightly more brown in winter time, flashing orange whenever the sun strikes back in spring or summer. I'll attach pictures of the two shades, i need to know what level you guys think it is because i have serious problems telling apart similar colors  *stars*

First is winter time, and then summer time! Excuse my derpiness...

@Nerdiemonster - your hair colour is amazing - it's almost the same as your eyes!

My hair is dark blonde naturally. It also does that annoying almost green thing sometimes as it gets very ashy, but then I have some bits that are a golden straw colour especially in the summer. It's weird.

In the winter, dark, dirty blonde. In the summer, white, platinum blonde.

Thanks! In Spain most people just say it's somewhat disturbing that both my hair and eyes are amber-orange-ish, asides from all the "haha gingers don't have souls" jokes, so i've always hated it...I'm jealous of your natural color, I've always wanted to rock blonde hair but it just doesn't suit me T___T

@Nerdiemoster, your natural hair is gorgeous! My natural hair changes colour due to seasons and light. Its a ashy golden blond. In summer it getd lighter and winter darker ofc. But in  certain artificial light it's more ashy and other its golden and in natural light it's a combination. Aha.

Generally, my hair is a medium blonde but it usually lightens considerably during the summer; provided I go on holidays.
It's usually raining during summer here  *puzz*

Mine's a light golden blonde (the top colour in the pic, it's much lighter in real life).  Annoying as it's light enough for most semi-perms to look good at first, but they wash out so, so fast from unbleached hair.  I'm too nervous to try bleaching the hair, just to get more than 3 weeks of colour πŸ™

Curious if anyone else bleaches not to get their hair lighter, but to increase the longevity of their colour.

Maybe someone else can confirm this, but I think that if you bleach bathed your hair for a very short amount of time (like, 10-15 minutes or so) the staying power would increase dramatically πŸ™‚
