What colour would you recommend for my skin tone?

Which colour do you think would suit me best? I don't want to look washed out. Sorry for the bad webcam photo but it is the best I can do at the moment. My skin came out right but not my hair, probably because I use leave in conditioner and let it get greasy before bleaching.

I iwas planning on adding a red section on the front, maybe with highlights of a brighter red and  some orange sections perhaps red at the top, moving to yellow at the tips. i'm also contemplating putting a red over the unbleached sections. But I am open to suggestions:

Colours I have:
SFX: blood red, devilish, nuclear red, hot lava, hi-octane orange, atomic pink, toner, joyride, blue haired freak, fish bowl & iguana green.
Manic Panic: vampire red, pillarbox red, divine wine, deadly nightshade, fuscha shock, electric banana, black & blue, after midnight blue & cobra.

I should have a fair few others including Napalm but I can't find them. I guess I'll have to mix electric banana with another colour. Do you have any suggestions which dye I have that would approximate it?

As far as bleaching goes what do you recommend? I did a test on hair from my brush using a box of Schwarzkoph Live Ice Blonde but the instructions are missing so I don't know how long to leave it on for. A reviewer said they used it for half an hour. It at least used to get my roots almost white but the test sample is still honey blonde. The Jerome Russel highlift using 12% peroxide took 90 minutes to lift to what the Schwartzkoph did in 15 minutes. I guess I'll have to do a series of bleach baths and do the roots at the front last or just put up with it until I can afford professional quality bleach. Are there any other natural redheads that could recommend a bleach that gets rid of the red tones? I don't suppose it matters that much with my current plans but I wanted to have a white streak and in the summer I plan on using a pink that is less permanent than the atomic along with the fishbowl.

The only two things I can think of with the dye are that either the dye is old and has lost effectiveness and/ or that your test sample was not kept warm enough while it developed. I am not familiar with the Schwarzkopf products but in general box dyes are unpredictable, damaging, and don't offer as much color lift as using a good quality bleach and peroxide developer would give you. I would personally recommend either purchasing separate bleach and developer or at the very least purchasing a new box of dye.

As for color, an easy way to see what suits you is to examine your wardrobe and see which colors you already like and look best in.

The easiest way to figure out which color to use is to look at your natural hair. If it has warm tones in it, then warm colors such as pinks and reds will look best on you.
I personally use any color I want but do find that I look better with darker warm tones. Cool tones or pastels tend to make my skin look more yellow. My natural hair is a very dark warm tones brown, almost black.
