My natural hair colour is dark brown that I bleach platinum blonde, about 7 weeks ago I used a pastel blue wash out dye that hasn't washed out, I have tried washing my hair with washing up liquid. Help! how to I get my hair back to blonde?

For the future, keep in mind that all dyes can stain, even wash out single use ones. Never use it if the chance of staining is something you can't have.
You could try a colour remover. Or this method http://www.hairdyeforum.com/index.php/topic,13842.0.html
But be warned with the second method and your hair is platinum, it can make your hair come out golden yellow if your unlucky like me!
