I tried semi permanent purplehair dyes diluted with conditioners, purple shampoo by touch of silver, and it doesn't grab onto my brassy parts, and they been bleached like.. good 3 months, and then re-bleached 3 weeks ago, what purple toner/shampoo grabs and makes the hair less yellow?
thanks!

You may need more blue tones to work on the brassy parts. Purple works best on yellow and blue works best on orange. Generally the best thing to do is mix your own and adjust the strength, I know you've done this but I would try again with different dye or dye/conditioner ratio. Make sure your starting with clean unconditioned hair and don't mix the dye with a conditioner that contains silicones.

Sometimes using shampoo rather than conditioner can help if it isn't taking to the roots. Are you painting the purple shampoo on to dry unconditioned hair like a dye? And leaving for half an hour or so? You will get more deposit that way than just using like shampoo.
